The Community

We’re your doctors, lawyers, neighbors and friends.
People who fall into the lesbian, gay, transgender and bi-sexual categories encompass one of the most desirable consumer markets in the world. If nothing else, your acceptance of these communities will widen your consumer base, and put you in the path of considerable buying power. The LGTB community supports businesses that support them!

According to a joint study by both Witeck-Combs Communications (www.witeckcombs.com) and Packaged Facts, today the American market is estimated to be valued at $660 billion, projected to reach $835 billion by 2011 – based primarily on U.S. population growth and steady 7% representation of gays and lesbians within the overall population.

Based on a reasonable and broad range of population samples, between 6 and 7 percent of the adult U.S. population identify themselves as gay, lesbian or bisexual, equaling between 15 and 16 million adults over the age of 18.
